Hire With Confidence —
We’ve Been Vetted
Team Dave Logan has been a trusted source for home improvement referrals in the Colorado market since 2009. Their mission is simple: highlight trustworthy, integrity-driven companies and connect them with the right homeowners.
To become a TDL member, a company must pass a rigorous screening process. And it’s not a one-time thing — every member is screened annually. That means when you hire a Team Dave Logan member, you’re not just trusting a badge — you’re trusting a company that has been re-verified year after year.
Independently checked
Why It Matters When Hiring a Contractor
The home improvement industry is unfortunately full of companies that look professional on the surface but don’t hold up to scrutiny. TDL membership gives you an independent verification that we’ve been checked — not just once, but every single year.
Criminal Background Checked
Every member passes a comprehensive criminal database search across US, state, and county records.
Financially Sound
Business and personal credit reports are reviewed to ensure stability.
Properly Insured
Liability and malpractice insurance are verified — protecting you if anything goes wrong.
Licensed
License verification confirms we’re legally authorized to operate in Colorado.
Established
A minimum of one year in business is required — no fly-by-night operations.
What TDL checks, every year
Our Annual Vetting Process
Every Team Dave Logan member company undergoes a thorough annual screening. Here’s what that includes:
- Secretary of State
- Comprehensive Criminal Database Search (US, State, County)
- Patriots Act / OFAC / BXA / Terrorist List Search
- Business and Personal Credit Report
- Civil Lawsuit Search
- Due Diligence Analysis
- License Verification
- Limited Liability Insurance
- Malpractice Insurance
- Minimum of 1 Year in Business
We must meet these standards initially and annually to stay on TDL’s member list. When you hire us, you can be confident you’re working with a company you can rely on.

Finding a good contractor
shouldn't be hard
Living with a damaged roof or failing siding is stressful enough. But often, the 'fix' feels worse than the problem. The last thing you need is a pushy salesman trying to rip you off or a disorganized crew that you're forced to babysit because they won't communicate.
That's why we focus on making this process easy for you. Our professional team will provide the high-quality results you expect while keeping you informed every step of the way. Homeowners rate us 5 stars because we treat you and your property with the care you deserve.
